20ml Maidenaii Kina
10ml Marionette Curacao
5ml Grenadine
2 dashes angostura bitters
Add ingredients and ice to a shaker
Shake & double strain into a martini glass
Orange zest twist

30ml Burdekin Vintage Cane Spirit
30ml Burdekin Premum Aged Rum
30ml Passionfruit Juice
15ml Orange Juice
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
1 tablespoon each Simple Syrup & Grenadine
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice & strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.

Jungle Burdekin
20ml Campari & 45ml Burdekin Premium Rum
30ml pineapple juice
15ml ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
15ml demerara or simple syrup
Add the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
