Coral Sea Strength – Our Second Giru Cane Sprit is crafted again from local sugarcane, cut and crushed in paddock in the spring of 2024. Bottled overproof at British Navy (Coral Sea) Strength, only 600 limited edition bottles were filled.

Burnt Cane Spirit – We crushed burnt cane from the 2023 Sweet Days, Hot Nights cane cutting competition in Home Hill, then fermented it with our signature yeast blend. Distilled and rested in a re-charred ex-bourbon barrel for two years.

Muscat Cane Rum – In September 2023, we sourced two 100-litre Muscat barrels from Rutherglen, Victoria—renowned for some of the world’s oldest fortified wines—and filled them with our Giru cane distillate, made from whole-stick harvested cane. As the spirit developed, it was blended and transferred into a freshly emptied 300-litre Muscat hogshead to further marry and mature, creating our distinctive “double-barrel” Muscat treatment.
